Receiving your order
Check carton count and condition before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier's document and photograph it — it makes replacement straightforward.
Bulk & pallet delivery
Large volumes ship on pallets. Tell us about access constraints — narrow streets, upper floors, delivery windows — so we schedule the right vehicle.
Warehouse collection
Collection is free from our Casablanca warehouse by appointment, once your order is confirmed ready. Bring your order reference.
