Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern every sale concluded through packma.ma between Packma.ma and the customer. Placing an order confirms acceptance of these terms in the version published at the time of the order.

2. Products and descriptions

Products are sold in the selling unit stated on each product page — pack, carton or roll. Dimensions and capacities are nominal and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. Photographs are illustrative; the written specification prevails.

3. Orders

• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation with a reference
• We may decline or limit an order where stock or delivery constraints require it
• Quotation-based orders are governed by the quotation and its validity period

4. Prices and VAT

Catalogue prices are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated and displayed at checkout, and delivery is charged as stated on the delivery page. Prices may change without notice, but orders already confirmed keep the price at confirmation.

5. Payment

• Card payment online, through a secure payment provider
• Bank transfer, with dispatch after receipt of funds
• Cash on delivery in eligible cities
• Payment on invoice for approved professional accounts

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed. Risk transfers on delivery. Visible damage must be noted on the carrier document and reported within 48 hours.

7. Returns and cancellation

Unopened packs in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-printed and made-to-order packaging cannot be returned. Full conditions are set out on the returns page.

8. Conformity and liability

Products are supplied in conformity with their published specification. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the non-conforming goods and does not extend to indirect losses such as loss of profit or business interruption.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca.
