Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the shop and fulfil orders.

• Identity and contact details: name, email, phone, company and ICE number
• Order data: references, quantities, delivery and billing addresses
• Account data: sign-in credentials, saved addresses and wishlist
• Technical data: device, browser and pages visited, in aggregated form

How we use your data

• Processing orders, deliveries, invoices and returns
• Preparing and sending quotations you request
• Providing customer support about your orders
• Improving the catalogue, site performance and product information
• Sending commercial messages only where you have opted in

Legal basis

We process personal data to perform the sales contract, to meet legal accounting and invoicing obligations, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and on your consent for marketing messages.

Sharing with third parties

We share data only with providers required to complete your order: carriers for delivery, payment providers for card transactions, and our accountant for invoicing. They may only use the data for that purpose. We never sell personal data.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Moroccan accounting law. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request, subject to those legal retention rules.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to staff who need it to fulfil orders. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our systems.
